The Brownie Marble
A classic brownie base
5 oz dark chocolate
¾ cup unsalted butter ½ cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar Pinch of salt
2 eggs ½ cup flour

125 g cream cheese ¼ cup
sour cream or plain yogurt
2 tablespoons powdered sugar

350F Line a square pan with parchment paper.
Place chocolate and butter in a bowl in the microwave and melt on medium (50%) 2 minutes. Stir and if necessary deliver a minute. Temperate. In another bowl beat eggs with sugar, brown sugar and salt. Add chocolate mixture and flour. Mix well and pour into baking dish.
Beat the cheese in a bowl, cream safe and powdered sugar. When divided into mix spoon on top of the chocolate preparation and using a draw knife to make a marbled effect.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
