BBQ Sauce for Ribs''buffs''


again on my launch of my weekend camping and menu ... I present to you a recipe for ribs where you're going to lick your fingers ... seriously when you hear that hummmhummm''''around a table is that it's a good sign for me ... this recipe is now in my top 3 ... again without fail:))

for 4 Rack of Ribs


BBQ Sauce for Ribs''buffs''

1 small bottle of coca-cola 1 cup ketchup

¼ cup cider vinegar 2 tablespoons
molasses
1-2 tablespoon Chinese chili sauce (Sriracha hot chili sauce) to taste 1
to 2 teaspoon of powder mix for
BBQ sauce 1 teaspoon instant coffee (optional) Salt and pepper


In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and pepper generously and set on low heat for 30 minutes.

Trim the ribs lifted by removing the membrane behind with a paper towel.

Place ribs in large pot and cover with water. Add onion, carrot and celery. Add salt and pepper and cook slowly on low heat at least one hour. Drain and rinse well. Place ribs on a baking sheet and brush with sauce bake 350F 1 hour, turning and basting often.
