Beer Pong Table Coating




simply because we are in a time of year where we have good bowls of vitamins to give a little energy, avoid ' '''winter blues ... here is a good soup that we afait much good.

broccoli and leek soup

2 tablespoons olive oil 2 leeks
including the green, washed and finely chopped 2 cloves garlic

minced 1 bunch broccoli average
4 cups chicken broth vegetables or 2 cups water

Salt and pepper to taste
3 / 4 cup light sour cream or yogurt Greek nature
divided 2 tablespoons chopped chives
My addition: 1 / 2 teaspoon tarragon

In a large pot, heat oil and add the leeks and garlic, sauté gently 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli and cook gently for another 2 minutes to soften. Add broth and water and bring to a boil. Cover partially and cook until vegetables are tender 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Put ½ cup of sour cream in a blender with the soup and puree. Back into the pot to reheat the soup over medium heat. Season. Pour the soup into bowls and garnish with sour cream and chives. Serve immediately Serves 4 people
